Over and above expectations
Kim and Dave did an amazing job start to finish. They saw the real value in the home when other real estate agents were only willing to play it safe. In three weeks, we had a solid offer from a picky buyer who had been looking for almost 9 months and one waiting in the wings. We had the nicest and most expensive home in the neighborhood. A common phrase we heard from other realtors "you will never get that amount of money for that home in that neighborhood" Well, with the right real estate team, the right marketing plan, mission accomplished.
